- Develop a robust compliance and legal framework within company.
- Provide legal advice to the company departments including resolving internal queries.
- Manage compliance function and support departments to ensure all units are aligned with laws and regulatory requirements.
- Identify emerging trends relating to compliance, including drafting policy changes that may impact the business, and after assessment recommend actions and measures to the company’s risk committee.
- Handle all documentation and agreements to ensure they are executed appropriately for company purpose.
- Co-work with external legal advisors if necessary.
- Maintain register of executed agreements and conduct renewal as appropriate.
- Support risk management team in enhancing the company internal control system.
