Admin Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in administration
  • Able to work under pressure, can work in urgent situation
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team. Careful, positive, and passion
  • Good at English command and Chinese is preferred
  • Strong in computer skill and Microsoft offices (Excel, Outlook)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome

Job detail:

  • Support the company documentary, filing and data entry
  • Coordinate between IT team for supporting internet network including setting computer, installation, internet connection, etc.
  • Support to HR department
  • Report to Admin Manager
