CS Manager

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years work experience in operations fields in TSR call center
  • Experience in people and project management
  • Excellence English command
  • Can work independent and under pressure.

Job detail:

  • Manage Call Center Team and Creating Impressive Service and Good Experience for customers
  • Provide a full range of management process with effective leadership to ensure that operation run smoothly and reach the target.
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze team performance (according to KPIs) together with customer feedback to come up with an improvement plan.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all products.
  • Troubleshoot ad creative issues with tracking, implementation and reporting
