  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business or related fields
  • Have 1-2 years’ experience inoverall HR Recruitment
  • Careful, positive, and passion
  • Good at English command and Chinese is preferred
  • Fresh graduated also welcome
  • Strong in computer skill and Microsoft offices (Excel, Outlook)

  • Recruitment activities and on-boarding process and practices
  • Keep update all employees information in database
  • Support leaders to improve team and company culture and performance
  • Company employee communication and relations
  • Carries out proactive direct sourcing; searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. Linked in), approaching suitable prospects, pipe lining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs
  • Coordinates interviews, supports and provides guidance to the Hiring Manager on the assessment and selection process in line with Company regulation
  • Screening and qualifying candidates, presenting shortlists to the Hiring Manager/s and interviewing as needed
